  • Marty had the honor of meeting Kenny Rogers twice since starting the tribute. Once in Billings, Montana, in 1998 when he was allowed to go backstage to meet Kenny and have a photograph taken. A second meeting was in 2002. Kenny was performing and stopped to introduce Marty to the audience to show how close Kenny and he looked. Marty has since, performed all across Canada and the USA and in Asia, the U.K. and Ireland. In early 2007, Marty appeared on Oprah Show and on the Jay Leno Tonight Show and CNN Headline News.

Marty has a remarkable likeness to Kenny Rogers and the voice to go with it. To watch him on stage you would think you were seeing the real Kenny Rogers! This is Kenny Rogers at his best.
